There is a fine tradition of young players learning the game from an early age at Lahinch Golf Club. The Junior Section in the Club, under the direction of Kevin Glynn and Annie O’Brien strives to maintain that wonderful tradition.

Young boys and girls are introduced to the game, given tuition and told the importance of good etiquette on the course.

There is great encouragement for young golfers to progress in the Club. Neil Kennedy Walsh and Hannah O’Brien are two fine examples of golfers who have prospered from Junior golf.
